Requesting Records

Requesting a Report:

Please complete the Request for Report form. Once the form is completed, you may either drop the form off at the PD building, fax it to 760-761-3533, mail it to our Police Department, or email it to policerecords@palomar.edu for processing. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

 

Background Checks: (must include release of information paperwork with request)

If you are requesting a background check on a previous employee or student, you may request this using one of the below methods:

Email Request

Fax Request

Please fax your request to 760-761-3533. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Walk-ins

We do the best we can to deliver timely inquiries but walk-ins are not guaranteed same day turn-around. If your request cannot be completed that day, you may leave your request and your preferred delivery of results.

The Police Records Office is open from 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday-Thursday.

**Fees may be associated with requests.
