Holds

A hold is placed on student accounts if they receive two or more citations and have failed to pay them. If the student does not pay the amount due they cannot register for classes or get transcripts.

Abstracts

An abstract is a given to a person who has a citation on their DMV registration that has either been paid or dismissed.
