Master Planning
Palomar College's master planning is shaped by the College's Vision, Mission, and Values and reflects the College's top priority of student success.
The Educational Master Plan (EMP) establishes long-range goals of the College and drives all other College plans. The Facilities Master Plan supports the EMP. Each is completed on a 12-year cycle with a comprehensive update in year six.

Plan that promotes success of and provide support to students with disproportionate impact.
Annual reports to the Governing Board on student enrollments, demographics, achievement, etc.
