Monday through Thursday:
7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

California Dining Services (CDS) offers a range of items for breakfast, with both hot selections and grab and go items available.  For Lunch, the grill offers burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, fries, tots, etc. and a variety of refrigerated bento/sushi, and grab and go sandwiches, salads, fruits, protein boxes, and other snack items.  We also have Mexican food now available. Come by and try a variety of tacos, burritos, or quesadillas!

CATERING

As our contracted vendor, CDS has the first right of refusal for all catering on campus for groups of more than 10 people. Should CDS not be able to accommodate your budget reasonably, then obtain this from the Manager in writing and you may move forward with an external vendor. Please e-mail Ann Jensen (ajensen@palomar.edu) if there are any questions about first right of refusal.

CATERING MENU: The catering menu can be found here. CDS will do their best to accommodate your requested menu and budget for catering. If you do not find what you are looking for on the menu, please ask!

CATERING REQUEST STEPS:
1) Complete the Catering Request Form and send it to Catering@Palomar.edu.
2) CDS will provide a quote for the requested catering via e-mail.
3) Once a quote has been received, a requisition must be entered for the cost of the catering.
<Note: Please contact your division office or division ADA should you need assistance with requisition entry.<
4) Once the PO has been processed by Purchasing, please provide CDS with the PO number.
5) When the catering invoice is sent to the department by CDS, the PO number should be referenced and the invoice sent to Accounts Payable (ap@palomar.edu) for processing.
6) Accounts Payable sends a check to CDS.
