Planned Event Parking
The Planned Events Parking form is available online in web form submission is available by clicking here. Event Sponsors are required to comply with the following guidelines:
- When 11 or more permits are required, submit the “Application for Planned Event Parking Permits” form at least three (2) weeks in advance of the planned event date.
Sponsors who fail to notify their respective attendees about parking shall be responsible for advising them that a daily parking permit must be purchased from the ParkMobile App.
For events requiring 10 or fewer permits, contact the administrative staff at the Palomar College Police Department directly for issuance at 760-744-1150 extension 3289.
- Pick-up all event parking permits from the Palomar College Police Department two (2) weeks prior to the event. This will provide adequate time for the sponsor to distribute parking passes in advance of the event.
- Sponsors will notify all attendees of the approved parking lot (s).
