Visitors to the Palomar College Escondido, Rancho Bernardo and Fallbrook Campus Center are required to:

• ParkMobile in now activated
• Download the ParkMobile app for payment.

• ParkMobile in now activated in Visitor Lots 1 and 2 on the San Marcos Campus.
• The ParkMobile zone number for visitor spaces is 7514.
• The rate is $1 for 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
• The ParkMobile zone number for visitor spaces are:

Escondido                 7511

Rancho Bernardo      7513

Fallbrook                   7512
• The rate is $1 for 1 hour, up to 4 hours.

Other (Sponsored Events):  Sponsors of Palomar College, and non-Palomar College events using district parking facilities must submit an “Application for Planned Event Parking Permits” form.

NOTE: Non-Palomar College events are billed on a per space basis.
