Panic Button/Security Camera Request

This link will ask you to log into Power Apps to begin the process. Employees have access to Power Apps through their Microsoft 365 account. Please complete the first section of the online request form including the justification for the request and which item you are requesting, panic button and/or security camera. Then click on the submit button.

The request will go to your supervisor first for review, budget account string information, and then to Campus Police for a risk assessment. Please note, the department making the request is responsible for all costs. Your supervisor is your point of contact for any questions or concerns.
