All vehicle requests are subject to availability. You can view availability through our Facilitron District Vehicles Reservation site. Please note that if another user has requested a vehicle and it is still in a pending status, that vehicle will still show as available. Vehicles are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Confirmation of the vehicle reservation is not complete until drivers are approved and a budget account number is provided for mileage reimbursement.

When a Facilitron vehicle reservation is received, it is not confirmed until you receive a “Facility Request – Approved” email from Facilitron.  Should a Palomar College fleet vehicle not be available for all dates requested, a notification of unavailability to accommodate the request will be sent to the requestor.
