Mission Statement

The Education Center’s Facilities area at Palomar College is a valued service team committed to providing and enhancing the Palomar community.  We consider it our privilege to serve you, as you teach, study, work and play at Palomar College.

Our trades provide a wide range of services including emergency response, minor routine and preventative maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith services, painting and welding.

Custodial Services is responsible for maintaining a clean environment within all buildings maintained by Palomar College including cleanliness of the interior and entryways of all academic and administrative buildings, offices, labs, examining rooms and special technical areas.  We provide exceptionally clean and sanitary environments for Palomar College students, faculty, staff and visitors committed to achieving excellence in teaching, learning and service.

Special services not include in routine maintenance may be requested as needed through the Facilities Office.
