Facilities is a department within the Finance and Administrative Services Division of Palomar Community College District.
Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, healthy, comfortable environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors to our campuses.
The District has implemented a new work order management system to better track and respond to Facilities services requests. Effective immediately, please submit all new work order requests through the Palomar College Help Center.
To submit a request:
Select “Request a New Service” to access a variety of Facilities service request forms, including:
- Custodial Services
- Electrical
- Ergonomic Evaluation
- Facilities General Request
- Grounds Services
- Hazardous Waste Pickup
- HVAC
- Locksmith
- New Signage
- Painting
- Plumbing
These forms will automatically route your request to the appropriate Facilities team member for timely response. Additional forms may be added as we continue to refine the system.
Alternatively, you may submit a ticket by selecting “Report an Issue”, then choosing Facilities Services and the specific department. If you are unsure which department to select, please choose “General” or “Facilities Office,” and we will route your request accordingly.
