Tuition and Fees are due at the time of enrollment.
Fees are subject to change without notice. If fees change by State Law after registration has begun, students will be required to pay the difference.

Optional Fees
All Optional fees are non-refundable
- Student Representation Fee – $2 per term
- Student Activity Card – $15 per term
- Student Parking Permit–
- Summer- $34 per term for automobiles (up to 5 registered cars, motorcycles, etc.)
- Fall/Spring-$46 per term for automobiles (up to 5 registered cars, motorcycles, etc.)
- CCPG All Terms- $26 per term for automobiles for students that qualify for CCPG (up to 5 registered cars, motorcycles, etc.)
- $20 per term for a motorcycle only permit
- Transcript Verification – Reg. $5/Rush $10
- Additional I-20 Forms- $2
- Audit Fee- $15 per unit
Activity Cards
Students are now able to purchase an Activity Card through their MyPalomar account. To do so, student should log in to their MyPalomar and then select the Financials Menu and Activity Card. Only enrolled students are able to purchase an Activity Card. If you have previously purchased a card or have received approval for a free one (EOPS, third party, etc.), you will be unable to purchase the card online. Any student needing to purchase an additional card due to it being lost or stolen, will need to do so in person.

For all payments using a credit card, cardholder must be present with valid ID. All returned checks will be assessed a $20 returned check fee
