  • What is the Bridge to BSN Program?

The Bridge to BSN allows ADN students to get an early start on coursework for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Students begin taking prerequisite classes at Azusa Pacific during their final year at community college, and progress to BSN coursework at APU following completion of their ADN. Prior to taking upper division courses, students should obtain their RN licensure.

Bridge to BSN courses are available at APU’s Azusa campus and Monrovia classrooms, as well as the High Desert, Inland Empire, and San Diego regional campuses, enabling students to finish their degree close to home and work.

  • What is the RN to BSN Program?

APU’s RN to BSN degree program caters to working registered nurses (currently licensed in the U.S.) who want to develop the professional skills needed to help meet the growing needs of today’s health care industry. The degree instills advanced theories and skills that position graduates for a deeper level of patient care and greater roles of leadership within their profession.

APU also offers the RN to BSN online in addition to four Southern California locations, allowing students to complete the degree when and where it’s most convenient.
