This year marked the 75th Anniversary of the Japanese American Internment. The CSU Japanese American History Digitization Project created posters for those wishing to commemorate this historic and timely event: http://csujad.com/. Palomar College Library teamed with MiraCosta College Library and CSUSM Library to create a collaborative grant proposal through NCHEA to help fund our efforts to commemorate these events. Alexandra Doyle Bauer, our new Branch Services Librarian, is the Palomar representative on the grant. She worked with Public Services Librarian Linda Morrow and Adjunct Faculty Laurie Hope as well as staff members (Kellis Neidiffer, Mihail Cuibus, Bob Call, Mary Kira, and others) to make the display and video kiosk available.
