Tenure & Evaluations Review Board (TERB) Committee

The Tenure and Evaluations Review Board (TERB) is the committee that oversees the faculty tenure and evaluations process for Palomar college. TERB develops all tenure and evaluations procedures, standards, evaluations calendars, and forms with the purpose of ensuring that faculty evaluations are accurate, fair, and equitable. All approved and current evaluation forms and checklists are available on this TERB website. When new forms are developed, the forms are provided to the faculty union, the Palomar Faculty Federation (PFF), for review and approval. The PFF must consult the Faculty Senate regarding any substantial adjustments to the TERB processes or standards.
