Probationary Courses to Evaluate

Dear TEC Chair: In the form below, please enter the course information (NAME/COURSE NUMBER and 5-DIGIT CLASS NUMBER) for the courses you'd like student evaluations run in for your probationary faculty member. Please note, probationary faculty are evaluated up to a FULL CONTRACT LOAD, so please submit enough classes to make up their full-time teaching load (typically, but not always, 15 units).
