If you are a Confirmed Palomar Promise student for fall 2021, and have paid your enrollment fees out of pocket, you may be eligible to request a refund. Complete the form below to request an early refund.
Please note early refunds will be issued by check only. Checks will be sent out once weekly to the mailing address on file with the college. If you need to update your mailing address, you can do that through your MyPalomar account- go to Student Center- at the bottom of the page, click on “Mailing Address” and it will let you update it.
