Paying Your Fall Fees
(Applies to students who have applied to Palomar Promise for fall 2023)
Reminder: Students who have applied to Palomar Promise for 2023-2024 do not need to pay their fall fees at the time of registration.
For your fall registration bill, there are two options for students who applied to Palomar Promise and enroll in 12 units, or DRC approved units to pay fees:
1. Don't pay your bill now, courses will not be dropped for non-payment, and wait to find out if your status changes to confirmed Promise student. Preferred Option
-
-
-
- If you are confirmed for Palomar Promise, your eligible enrollment fees will be waived. Typically, Promise fees will be paid closer to the start of the semester. At that time, any costs covered by Palomar Promise will no longer appear on your student account. Note: you are still responsible for paying other fees not covered by Palomar Promise such as the health fee, student center fee, student rep fee, course material fees and parking permit. These fees can be paid in person at the Cashiers Office or online once your Promise enrollment fee payment has been posted to your student account.
- If you are not confirmed (not accepted) to participate in Palomar Promise, you will be responsible for paying your entire remaining balance.
-
-
2. Pay your bill in full or schedule a payment plan.
-
-
-
- If you are confirmed for Palomar Promise, your eligible enrollment fees will be refunded to you the week of September 5th. If you schedule a payment plan, please note the $25 plan enrollment fee is non-refundable.
-
-
**Please note that partial payments cannot be made via the online payment system. For more information about how to make a payment, visit the Cashiers Office website.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE INFORMATION:
Students not confirmed for fall 2023 must plan to pay their entire balance or set up a payment plan by August 16th deadline date to avoid being dropped for non-payment (unless CCPG eligible). If the student is confirmed after paying their fees, their eligible enrollment fees will be refunded to them the week of September 5th. If the student schedules a payment plan, please note the $25 plan enrollment fee is non-refundable.
