Eligibility

Be a first-time (any) college student starting fall semester. Units earned as a high school student through dual/concurrent enrollment are exempt.
Be a California resident or from an eligible exempt group (i.e. AB 540 or military dependent)
Complete, submit and have on record with Palomar College the Official 24-25 FAFSA or California Dream Act application; must include the Palomar College school code: 001260.
Complete the Palomar Promise application located in your MyPalomar student portal
Enroll full-time (12 or more units, or units approved by the Disability Resource Center (DRC) ) for fall 2024
- - Students who have a disability which interferes with taking a full course load may be eligible for accommodations, including a waiver of the 12 unit requirement, through the Palomar College’s Disability Resource Center (DRC).
