The Palomar Promise application for 2024-25 will be available starting October 24th. After applying to Palomar College, log on to your MyPalomar student portal (click on Financials tab) to access the Promise application.

Eligible students must first apply to Palomar College by completing the Palomar College admissions application via CCCApply. Students must complete the Palomar Promise application located on their MyPalomar student portal. Once you have logged into MyPalomar, click on the Financials tab (see image below).  If you are unable to view the Promise application link, please contact our office at 760-744-1150, ext. 3931. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis dependent upon availability of funds

Applications are only accepted for Fall. We do not accept applications mid-year (i.e. Spring).
