Coming To Campus
Facial Coverings Are Optional Starting May 31 but Strongly Recommended
Starting at the beginning of summer session on Tuesday, May 31, facial coverings will no longer be required in indoor spaces at the main campus or education centers. However, for your protection, it is strongly recommended that you continue to wear a facial covering indoors. For those who wish to continue wearing facial coverings, the District will make them available.
Cleared4 Daily Health Screening Required
For the summer and fall terms, all students and employees are required to use the Cleared4 daily health screening and be cleared to be onsite BEFORE coming to the campus or education centers. Here is specific information on using the Cleared4 daily health screening:
- In your palomar.edu email, locate and open Welcome email from no-reply@cleared4work.com or a text message from 833-635-1086.
- The link contained in the Welcome email is YOUR PERSONAL LINK. Please do not forward this link to anyone. It contains information specific to you.
- Click on the link and register your personal information.
- You will be able to set your preferences to receive daily reminders via email or text.
- Please look for the daily reminder and take the survey before coming to campus or education centers.

Palomar Promise 2022-23
We are currently accepting applications for the Palomar Promise program for 2022-2023 academic year.
Eligible students must first apply to Palomar College. After receiving your Palomar SID, log on to your MyPalomar student portal (Student Center screen) to locate the Promise application. For more information on how to apply to Palomar Promise, click here.
Palomar Promise Applicants- Important Information
Palomar Promise Applicants (Incoming Fall 2022)
The first review of Promise applications will begin the week of July 4th. Students who have applied to the Palomar Promise Program for fall 2022 and have met all eligibility requirements will be confirmed (accepted to participate) on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability of funds. Official confirmation notifications will be sent to the student's Palomar email.
**IMPORTANT**
Please log on to your MyPalomar (Student Center tab) to view your current Promise application status and your Promise checklist. Check your Palomar student email frequently as we have been sending communications to all Promise applicants.
Palomar Promise Year 2 (Fall 2022)
Palomar Promise Students Transitioning to Year 2
Initial eligibility reviews for Promise Year 2 will begin at the end of June. Official Promise Year 2 status notifications will be sent to the student's Palomar email the last week of June. Please check your Palomar student email frequently for important updates.
