Palomar Promise Application 2025-26 will close on Friday, August 15, 2025 (11:59 PM PST)
Note: Students who have applied to Palomar Promise and have their application on hold should plan to complete/resolve any missing requirements by Friday, Aug 15. Applicants must meet all program requirements, and acceptance is not guaranteed as spaces are limited and dependent on available funds.
Eligible students must first apply to Palomar College by completing the Palomar College admissions application via CCCApply. Students must complete the Palomar Promise application located on their MyPalomar student portal. Once you have logged into MyPalomar, click on the Financials tab (see image below). If you are unable to view the Promise application link, please contact our office at 760-744-1150, ext. 3931. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis dependent upon availability of funds
Spaces are limited. Priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis to students who meet all Promise eligibility requirements including enrolling in a minimum of 12 units (or units approved by the Disability Resource Center) for Fall 2025 by Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Waitlist classes will not count. We will continue to review applications after this date if space and funding are still available.
Application open to eligible first-time college students starting their first primary term in fall 2025.
