The EPA Education Protection Account is used to record the receipt of State revenue generated as a result of the Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2012. Revenue from EPA is unrestricted. The Act specifically prohibits the expenditure of EPA funds for administrative salaries and benefits and other administrative costs.
