Reinstate Financial Aid

  • This form is to reinstate your aid after you previously declined/canceled your aid for the current year/semester. This form is NOT for SAP Disqualification or any other purpose. Please see your To Do list on your MyPalomar account to see if there are any pending items.
  • I understand the terms of this document. I understand that I am requesting to reinstate my Financial Aid at Palomar College. I understand that if I receive Financial Aid at more than one institution for the same period I will have to repay a portion, or all, of my Financial Aid.
