I have the absolute privilege of being one of the Education professors at Palomar Community College! As a San Marcos native, it brings me so much joy to be working with the future teachers of this community and giving back to a city that gave me so much as a child. 

Since graduating high school in 2005, I’ve been working with students of all ages – from preschool to now college level! My “sweet spot” is my middle school kiddos though. At this time, I am currently a full-time teacher at San Marcos Middle School teaching Math and PE. (A great combination of math and movement during the day!).  

When I am not in the classroom, you’ll find me running, reading, drinking coffee and/or probably at a campsite with my husband, two little dudes and puppy. I love to be outdoors and truly believe I am solar-powered! (We lived in the Arizona desert for a little bit and it was amazing!)
