The purpose of the Child Development Department’s Statement of Commitment and Confidentiality document is to maintain high standards in the field of Child Development and remind all CHDV students to keep all information gained through child observations confidential.
All CHDV students will sign the Palomar College CHDV Statement of Commitment and Confidentiality in each of their CHDV courses.

To observe at the Palomar ECELS preschool, students will need to bring a picture ID, their course syllabus and show a signed copy of the Statement of Commitment and Confidentiality.
