On March 27, 2020, the President signed into law the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, & Economic Security (CARES) Act, which includes a Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). This fund provides a limited amount of additional federal student aid grant funds available to assist students who are experiencing financial difficulties due to the Palomar College campus closure and change in courses caused by the current Coronavirus emergency. Funds are limited and will be awarded based on urgent need.  Palomar College is now accepting applications!
