Chat With a Librarian  is a live, online reference assistance chat service. Questions are answered by reference librarians participating in our worldwide network. This free service is easy to use and available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week! A microphone is not mandatory to use the chat service; as it is text-based. The service does allow for screensharing if a student prefers that type of assistance and has a microphone.
