Parking

Once your event is approved, submit the Planned Event Parking Permit Application to the Palomar College Police Department.

The Palomar College Police Department (PCPD) does not guarantee the availability of parking on campus. PCPD will authorize special “PLANNED EVENT PARKING PERMITS” (aka Visitor Passes) only when application is received at PCPD three (3) weeks prior to the event. These permits will be restricted to the designated parking lot, and the Event “Contact Person” must pick up the permits prior to the event date. Only “Visitor Passes” issued by the PCPD are valid. If the event participant chooses to park in an undesignated lot or there is no more available parking in the assigned lot, he/she must purchase a “daily parking permit” ($5.00) which is ONLY good in student parking lots #3, 5, 9, and 12 and at the Escondido Center. Parking regulations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Palomar College Police Department and the Palomar Community College District shall assume no responsibility or liability, and shall be held harmless for any theft or damage to persons, vehicles and/or contents, and for any loss-of-use of vehicle(s) and/or contents for vehicles operated, parked or otherwise on any Palomar College campus property.
