Keys required to carry out any and all activities shall remain in the possession of authorized PCCD employees.  Keys shall not be turned over to individuals, organizations, clubs, associations, etc.  Buildings/Rooms shall be opened, attended, and closed by an authorized employee(s) of Palomar College.
