Palomar College Rancho Bernardo Center is proud to offer a community room for your events. Whether it’s a seminar, conference, or staff meeting the community room can fit your needs.
All reservation requests for the Rancho Bernardo Center community room will be submitted in Facilitron. Email EventsScheduler@palomar.edu and they will create a Facilitron account for you. You will receive an automated email from Facilitron to create a password to access your account. Once your account is activated, go to facilitron.com to submit your reservation in the Calendar view. Can we use the computer/projector in the Community Room?
Yes, computer/projector use is available. You must work with our Information Systems Department for login/password information. Microphone use is also available on request.
What is the capacity of the Community Room?
The community room can accommodate up to 155 people and has approximately 2400 square ft. The tables and chairs can be rearranged to your preference, please indicate so at facilitron.com under “Setup Instruction” and provide as many details as possible. We recommend uploading a diagram under “Documents.” Contact the EventsScheduler@palomar.edu or call 760-744-1150, Ext. 3450 if you need any assistance.
What supplies do you provide?
All supplies must be provided by the rentee. Palomar College Rancho Bernardo Center is not responsible for supplies, copies, easels, props, or any other items for presentations.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, outside catering is allowed.
