General Information/Forms
2023-2024 School Calendar (English & Spanish) – Provides parents with the current school year’s calendar including scheduled closures, parent events, and more.
Funding Income Ceilings-2023 – Refer to this table to see if your family is likely to qualify for funding. Gross income (before taxes) is used to determine eligibility.
Physician’s Report LIC 701 – The physician’s report is required for all children to enter preschool.
Parent’s Guide to Immunizations – Provides parents with information on the requirements for immunizations. It also explains the new laws regarding exemptions.
Guide To Immunizations – Provides additional information on the requirements, specifically when missing doses can be given.
