A powerful video created by faculty, staff and the good folks at PCTV was aired at this year’s fall plenary. The video documents faculty and staff of color’s experiences with racism and privilege. The administrators and classified staff have adopted a policy to require all interviews for admin and staff to require an antiracist question pre-interview to assess new applicants dedication to antiracism.
