The current operator of food services on the San Marcos campus, California Dining Services (CDS), has the first right of refusal for any catering requests for groups of over 10 people. Please see the Food Services web page for additional information. If CDS is unable to fulfil your request, then you may proceed with working with an outside vendor.
Note that any formal outside catering containing services where a vendor is serving food or preparing it on campus, requires a contract. Please see the Contracts web page for how to process a contract for these services.
