Type of Project: | California licensed and qualified Architects that will furnish Education and Facilities master planning, design, design drawings, cost estimating, construction drawings and supplemental staffing as requested for construction oversite to the District for a number of relatively small projects including new construction, remodels, ADA projects, development of swing space and other miscellaneous projects on a year-to-year basis, for a total period of up to five (5) calendar years. It is expected that the “District Master Architect” will respond to all requests for services regardless of the size of the project. |
