Athletics Stadium Re-Bid Project

Type of Project:The Palomar College Athletics Stadiums project is located on the District’s main campus located at 1140 West Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069. The project Architect is HMC Architects. The project consists of new Softball and Football Stadiums including demolition of existing softball field and tennis courts, temporary gravel parking lot, fencing and other playing field items. Construction of the new softball field includes seating for approximately 200 people, fencing, batting cages, bullpens, masonry dugouts, scoreboard, masonry press box and a single-story masonry softball fieldhouse. The football stadium includes a new synthetic turf playing surface, scoreboard, 3 story masonry press box with elevator, seating for approximately 3,500 people, single story masonry football storage building and associated sitework.

Mandatory pre-bid conference/walkthrough:Mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 10:00 am and Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm in Parking Lot 1/2 by the Tennis Courts, on the San Marcos campus, 1140 West Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069.
