Palomar offers an Associate of Arts for Transfer (AA-T) degree in psychology. The AA-T is an associates degree for students who intend to transfer to a 4-year university. The benefit of obtaining the AA-T is that it guarantees you priority admission to a school in the CSU system. Now, it does not guarantee you the school of your choice, but you at least KNOW that you will be continuing your education and working towards your career goals!

Psychology is a discipline that uses the scientific method to study animal and human behavior. This Associate in Arts in Psychology for Transfer degree offers students the opportunity to meet lower division transfer requirements for a major in Psychology, leading to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Psychology at a California State University (CSU). When should I apply for the AA-T degree in psychology if I am going to transfer for Fall 2020?
Do you offer an online class in developmental psychology and abnormal psychology for someone interested in one or two classes but not the full degree?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any online offerings for either Developmental or Abnormal. They are both offered face-to-face, but that may not fit your needs right now. Good luck!
