Purpose
The Institutional Effectiveness, Planning, and Fiscal Stewardship Council works to support a culture of continuous quality improvement at Palomar College to ensure that all students receive the opportunities and support they need to leverage their specific circumstances into a strong foundation for life-long,
resilient learning, career success, and global citizenship.

The Institutional Effectiveness, Planning, and Fiscal Stewardship Council meets on 1st and 3rd Fridays from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Thursday, February 29th, 2:00-3:00 pm – LRC 438 and on Zoom

Council Goals 2023-24
- IEPFSC will develop and host quarterly town hall style meetings for the campus community.
- Develop and recommend a set of metrics to monitor progress on Vision Plan 2035 goals.
- Review, confirm and suggest changes, if needed, to the structure, products, responsibilities, purpose of IEPFSC.
