• All GC syllabi should follow our departmental Guidelines. Please upload your syllabus to AMBA’s folder and send a copy to the department (email to mgau@palomar.edu) every semester.

Frequently Used Forms:

• Single Day Field Trip Form – Please turn in at least 2 weeks prior to the trip!
• Part-time Faculty Office Hours Verification Form – Deadlines: early May for Spring; around Thanksgiving for Fall
• Media Release Form. Please print and have students to fill out and sign.
