Halle Elbling is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator and has been working in the field of nutrition for more than 17 years.  Her past experience includes working in community education programs, school districts, healthcare organizations and being an author of a bi-monthly nutrition advice column for the San Diego Union Tribune newspaper.   Halle holds a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University where she received the distinction of Outstanding Master’s Student for the Department of Nutrition and Food Science.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  She also holds a certificate in Adult Weight Management.

Possessing a vast amount of knowledge in nutrition, wellness and diabetes education for children and adults, Halle is committed to improving the health of others by providing comprehensive nutrition, health and diabetes education through classes, seminars, healthy cooking classes, community-based education programs and individual counseling.
