Professor Danielle DiNorscia, MPH, RDN, CNSC

 Courses Taught: FCS 165-Fundamentals of Nutrition 

Danielle DiNorscia is a registered dietitian and currently practices clinical nutrition at Scripps Health. She holds a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from Loma Linda University and completed her dietetic internship through Loma Linda’s coordinated program. She earned a certificate as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician to compliment her practice in medical nutrition therapy as an acute care clinical dietitian. Danielle also has outpatient counseling experience where she currently counsels kidney and liver transplant patients through Scripps clinic and previously counseled bariatric patients. Danielle also enjoys attending industry conferences to learn the latest research. Most recently she has attended conferences with the top nutrition leaders through A.S.P.E.N and Scripps. Her personal interests include spending time with her family, being active outdoors and traveling.
