How to Schedule an Appointment

EOPS counseling appointments are only available to current EOPS students and are being conducted virtually at this time to ensure the safety of students and staff. To schedule an appointment with your EOPS counselor, please  do one of the following.

If you choose to schedule your appointment by email, please let us know what days and times (morning or afternoon) work best for you and indicate if you would like a phone or Zoom (online) appointment.

How to Prepare for your Appointment

Phone Appointments

If you have a phone appointment, your EOPS Counselor will call you at the start of the appointment. Please ensure that we have your correct phone number on MyPalomar.

Zoom Appointments

If you have a Zoom appointment, you will receive a Zoom link with instructions sent to your Palomar College email.  When you receive this email, be sure to note the Zoom link and appointment information, including the password, as it will be required to access your appointment at your scheduled time

Appointment Protocol

To ensure that you make the most of your counseling appointment and practice safety for yourself and others, we ask that you do not complete your virtual counseling appointment while working, driving, or participating in another activity that requires your undivided attention.
