Fall 2026
Most of the classes below will meet entirely face-to-face, while a couple of them will be a hybrid model that have asynchronous Canvas components. If you have any questions about a specific class, please contact the instructor.
The majority of these classes are open to all; for ENGL C1002, the prerequisite is successful completion of ENGL C1000, C1000E, or ESL 110. As an important side note, ENGL C1002 is “Introduction to Literature” and formerly went by the designation ENG 205 (same course, new number).
These courses are transferable to the UC/CSU systems. In addition, the level 200+ literature courses satisfy Area 3B (Humanities) for Cal-GETC.
