2019 STEM Conference Volunteer Registration Form

All volunteers will receive an STEM Conference T-Shirt and name tag to wear at the conference. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Conference Day.

    Mentors will be chaperoning a group of about 10-15 students during the event. Mentors must be student employees on campus with fingerprints on file.
