Faculty – Scholar Mentoring

STEM Scholar-Instructor Mentor Programimg49

Your instructor has valuable knowledge and experience – beyond what they share in the classroom.  Through the STEM Scholar-Instructor Mentor Program, mentors provide unique insight that can help students successfully navigate the path toward a career in STEM. Students and mentors can discuss such things as academic progress, explore STEM career opportunities and degree transfer pathways, help investigate summer internships or refer students to campus resources. A mentor can guide you towards professional organizations, or might steer you to attend professional events. Several faculty members are seeking to mentor STEM Scholars. If you are interested in connecting with a faculty member in your area of interest, click on the Sign Up to be a Mentee link to access the informational application. mentorart
