A parent/guardian/educator MUST complete a registration form. Options for submission: Complete registration form online; sign a completed registration form and return either via fax to (760) 761-3584; or e-mail to stemprogram@palomar.edu (add “STEM Conference” on the subject line). A registration confirmation email will be sent within three business days. A registration confirmation will be sent once received. Questions or concerns please call the STEM Center at (760) 744-1150 x 2265 or email stemprogram@palomar.edu.

Un padre/guardián/educador debe completar un formulario de registro y mandarlo por internet disponible en goo.gl/kLUCH2 o por fax al (760) 761-3584 o por correo electrónico stemprogram@palomar.edu (agregue Conferencia STEM a la línea de asunto). Se enviará una confirmación de registro con el representante de la escuela en un plazo de 3 días hábiles.
