The Mathematics, Sciences, and Engineering division (MSE) brings together many of the traditional STEM fields at Palomar. Currently, we house the following departments:

• Computer Science
• Dental Assisting
• Earth, Space, and Environmental Sciences
• Mathematics
• Nursing Education
• Physics and Engineering

We offer a wide variety of associates’ degrees, including many AD-T (transfer degrees meant to facilitate transfer to the CSU system), and Certificates of Proficiency and Achievement.

Students can find help, tutoring, and support at the STEM Center and the Math Learning Center.
