Our Palomar community is coming together to host an inclusive event. On October 15th, supportive staff will be on the lawn by the clock tower hosting a variety of destress events featuring guided meditations, yoga, board games, coloring, free resources, and frozen treats.
All Palomar students are welcome.

The Healing Circle has been created to provide a safe and welcoming space for reflection and a sense of belonging. Dr. Sabrina Menchaca and Mariana Guzman, LMFT/LAADC, will lead the session.
While we encourage in-person participation, we completely understand if you prefer to join via Zoom to maintain your privacy.
