The Palomar Community College Governing Board adopted Resolution 21-21615 establishing criteria for consideration of adjusting trustee areas consistent with legal requirements, including reasonably equal population and Section 2 of the Federal Voting Rights Act, and which address other concerns and considerations important to the District.  The District is accepting public comment to help establish this criteria.
