Purpose
The Institutional Effectiveness, Planning, and Fiscal Stewardship Council works to support a culture of continuous quality improvement at Palomar College to ensure that all students receive the opportunities and support they need to leverage their specific circumstances into a strong foundation for life-long,
resilient learning, career success, and global citizenship.

- Monitor the transparency of resource requests (personnel, initiatives) in their respective processes by facilitating communication among committees and connecting to strategic plans.
- Host Town Hall each semester to educate the campus community on current IEPFSC topics and evaluate the impact.
- Increase understanding of Student-Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) and the college’s strategic priorities, making them actionable for those working with students.
- Monitor the completion of the college’s Midterm Accreditation Report through participatory governance.
