EOPS Online Continuing Student Orientation

  • How many counseling contacts are required of you during the fall and spring semesters? Check the appropriate circle below.
  • Are you required to complete all units you are enrolled in? Check the appropriate circle below.
  • If you miss one counseling appointment, will you be disqualified from the EOPS program? Check the appropriate circle below.
  • What is the semester GPA required of you to remain in good standing with the EOPS program? Check the appropriate circle below.
  • I understand that I need to use my book account within the first four weeks of the semester.
  • I understand that I can only purchase books at the Palomar College San Marcos Bookstore. Books purchased anywhere other than the Palomar College San Marcos Bookstore will not be reimbursed.
